Wishbone History

On the same site as the Infamous "Lookabout Lodge", Wishbone Retreat is one of the most prestigious and majestic dwellings on the entire Bruce Peninsula.

After the tragic fire, that destroyed Lookabout in the mid 1980's, the first rebuild on the property was this spectacular 6-bedroom custom log home. With over 4000 sq ft of living space, Wishbone faces the western sky overlooking the crystal clear waters of Myles Bay in Lake Huron.

The bay is protected by many islands allowing a perfect spot for boating, swimming, and fishing.

If you are a hiker, there are miles and miles of easy to rugged trails on the Bruce trail within minutes.
